satisfaction in the industry. We want you to make your purchase
with confidence and our factory trained sleep experts are the
best around at ensuring that your purchase is right for
you. We know that even after making a careful selection,
sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to
exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to
1 full year after purchase! (An increase in price
requires payment for the price difference. Exchange covers same
size (limit 1 exchange per customer.) All you have to pay is
a $75 redelivery fee. It really is that
simple.
All we ask is that
you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new
mattress. There is an adjustment period with a new mattress.
Our bodies must get accustomed to the improved support
and pressure relief of a new
mattress.
Please be aware that your mattress purchase is
non-refundable.
